We are now strengthening our team in Gothenburg and looking for a sales-oriented recruitment consultant who wants to work close to the business, challenge clients, and drive processes with high quality and pace.

About the role

This is a business-driven 360 role where you take full responsibility – from the first contact to the placement of the candidate.

You work closely with CEOs, Sales Directors, and other decision-makers, where your ability to understand the business and ask the right questions is crucial.

  • Drive new business development and grow existing accounts
  • Act as a consultant to clients regarding sales organization, job profiles, and competencies
  • Lead and execute recruitment processes for complex sales roles
  • Search for and attract candidates, often in competitive segments
  • Ensure quality, pace, and accuracy in delivery

You will be based at our office on Kungsgatan in Gothenburg and be part of Wise – where you have access to a strong network and several specialist areas, reporting to CCO/Market Area Director Jenny Berge.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you need clear business acumen and the ability to quickly immerse yourself in the client's reality. You are confident in dialogues with senior decision-makers and dare to both challenge and listen. At the same time, you have a high degree of structure and discipline – you make things happen and ensure they are completed with quality. Furthermore, you have a strong ability to build long-term relationships where trust is central and are skilled at nurturing your personal brand.

You are confident in your competence, used to taking responsibility, and comfortable in dialogues where the business is at the center.

Additionally, you have:

  • Several years of experience as a recruitment consultant, search consultant, or similar.
  • Documented experience in B2B sales and driving your own business
  • Experience working with or close to sales organizations
  • Previous leadership experience (formal or informal) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Experience working with AI in your daily work

If you have worked in a sales leadership role or had P&L responsibility yourself, we see this as a clear strength.
