We are looking for a service-oriented and technically secure Second Line Support Technician for our client in the defense sector in Linköping.

In this role, you work closely with the business's users and handle more complex cases escalated from the Service Desk. You work both independently and in a team with other support technicians. Communication takes place primarily via Teams and phone. As a consultant at Eccera, you get a secure employment and accumulate valuable work experience on assignments with our clients. Your responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced user cases
  • Work systematically in case management systems (ServiceNow)
  • Ensure clear documentation
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes and working methods
  • Build networks within the organization

Your profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in end-user support
  • Experience in second line or advanced first line
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft environments
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with case management systems
  • Systematic troubleshooting
  • Documentation habits
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
