Job Description

We want to strengthen our team in Uppsala with a Landscape Architect or Landscape Engineer. We are looking for you who have project design experience from projects within neighborhood areas (kvartersmark) and public spaces. You want to continue developing in your role as a designer while utilizing your creative skills.

Our projects range from early-stage investigations and analyses to detailed design and the creation of design concepts, illustrations, plans, technical descriptions, and quantity surveys. We work largely within neighborhood areas such as housing, schools, and business premises, within public spaces such as streets, squares, and parks, as well as with infrastructure. Contact with customers and designers from other technical disciplines is a natural part of our work.

Our group consists of landscape architects and civil/environmental engineers who work closely together on assignments. Here, you work in a structured team environment, where your engagement and willingness to develop are key success factors for our projects and our customers. You will work closely with our experienced colleagues who offer knowledge sharing in daily work. Here you have the opportunity to grow. Qualifications

We are looking for a positive employee who is driven by new challenges, quality results, and the joy of developing together with other colleagues. You are responsible with a high ability to organize and prioritize your work. You understand that design is closely linked to technical execution and is the foundation for long-term management.

You have 1–3 years of work experience in design, working in AutoCAD and preferably Revit. You have experience in formulating and creating design concepts, and preferably in setting levels, technical descriptions, stormwater, and surface water management.

As AFRY is an international company, we expect you to master both Swedish and English in both speech and writing, to meet our customers' needs and collaborate with international colleagues.

You hold a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a Bachelor's degree as a Landscape Engineer.
