Our client is an autistic young man in adulthood. We are currently seeking a personal assistant to strengthen the support team around him and work on an hourly basis.

In this role, you will work with a client who needs assistance from a personal assistant to manage his daily life. As an assistant, you will support him by helping to create structure in his routines, carrying out daily tasks, and staying one step ahead. Since the client attends a day activity center (DV), a driver's license is required as you will be responsible for driving him there.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, sensitive, and calm. We value a stable personality that understands how to act in a predictable manner, work with low affective demands, and communicate clearly. Previous experience with autism is considered an asset.

Desirable Experience and Requirements

• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities and NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) is preferred.
• Fluent in Swedish.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.

Working Hours and Employment Degree

• Hourly employment.
• Immediate start.
• Shifts are scheduled during mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

About Salary and Benefits

• Salary is applied according to the Fremia collective agreement.
