Supply Chain Planner – Operational Planning & Optimization

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner for a role within an international company specializing in energy and logistics flows. The position is located in a central planning function where you will work on optimizing goods flows, inventory, and deliveries in a complex and fast-paced environment.

This is an operational role for someone who can handle multiple parallel flows and make decisions when conditions change.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize goods flows related to deliveries between depots
• Coordinate ship deliveries and ensure efficient transport flows
• Control and optimize inventory levels based on business goals
• Manage and optimize product mix according to quality and sustainability requirements
• Plan buying and selling between various internal and external parties
• Work continuously in digital planning systems
• Collaborate closely with other functions within supply chain, trading, and logistics

Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Economics, or equivalent
• Experience working with planning in complex flows
• Very good skills in MS Office
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Accustomed to handling multiple information streams simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in supply chain / flow planning
• Experience working in ERP systems
• Experience from an international environment
