About the Role

We are looking for an engaged and driven Inside Sales Representative for our client located south of Stockholm. Do you have a strong interest in sales and customer relations? Then this might be the job for you!

Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in our sales team, responsible for customer contact and sales processes. Your main tasks include:

• Presenting and selling ongoing campaigns and product ranges
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Coordinating sales towards small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
• Conducting needs analyses and proposing suitable solutions for customers
• Administering sales activities and updating the CRM system

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, we look for the following qualifications and skills:

Requirements

• Experience in sales, preferably B2B
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
• Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales
• Competence in digital sales tools

Start Date and Terms

Start date in May on a consultancy basis with a chance of permanent employment after 6 months.

Working hours: Weekdays 08:00–16:00

Salary

Fixed salary according to agreement.
