Do you want to work at one of Sweden's most beautiful destinations this summer? Marstrands Havshotell is now looking for guest hosts for our Guest Services department ahead of the 2026 summer season, with the possibility of continuing to work extra shifts after the summer – especially on weekends and weekdays as needed.

Guest Services is a varied department comprising the hotel reception, booking office, and spa reception, where we together create a first-class experience for our guests.

Do you love juggling multiple tasks at once? Then you will thrive with us. In Guest Services, you will work broadly and build knowledge within reception, spa, and booking – often within the same shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a guest host at Marstrands Havshotell, you are an important part of the guest experience and work in both the spa reception, booking office, and hotel reception. You are responsible for ensuring the guest journey runs smoothly from first contact to departure.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the guest journey is followed from booking to departure and that guests are always treated professionally.
• Being proactive in meeting guests' needs and answering questions, in person, by phone, and by email.
• Providing advice on treatments, products, and spa packages.
• Prioritizing guests' needs through service, as well as food and beverage delivery.
• Working according to the hotel's checklists and ensuring tasks are handled during the shift in booking, hotel reception, and spa reception.
• Being well-versed in the hotel's offers, packages, and spa packages.
• Handling bookings in Visbook and ensuring the correct price codes are used.
• Handling cash and payments according to the hotel's procedures.
• Assisting with conferences, e.g., with printing, simple questions, cancellations, and welcoming guests.
• Assisting therapists when needed, e.g., by preparing treatment rooms.
• Keeping the spa department and receptions clean, organized, and in good condition.
• Acting according to procedures in the event of a fire alarm – the reception acts as a communication center.
• Being able to step in for night shifts if needed.
• Assisting in the training of new staff in reception, booking, and spa.
• Actively working with care sales in line with the hotel's sales goals.

• Accustomed to computers and administrative tasks (experience with booking systems is an advantage, preferably VisBook)
• Communicative and proficient in Swedish, and preferably English

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Seasonal employment over the summer of 2026
• Opportunity to continue working extra shifts after the summer, especially weekends and weekdays as needed
• Night shifts may occur as needed
