Multiply is growing and is now looking for several experienced engineers within Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for permanent employment with us. You will work in long-term assignments with one of Sweden's leading players in the defense and security industry, where advanced technical systems are developed and managed over long periods.

This is an opportunity for you who want to work in technically complex environments where availability, operational safety, and lifecycle perspectives are central parts of system development.

About the Role

As an ILS specialist, you will work in projects focused on ensuring that technical systems can be supported, maintained, and further developed throughout their entire lifecycle. Depending on your experience, the role may involve both specialist work and coordination of ILS-related activities.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with systems engineers, development teams, project management, and product support functions.

Examples of tasks may include:

• Planning and driving activities within Integrated Logistics Support
• Conducting analyses related to supportability, maintenance, and logistics
• Contributing to the development of ILS strategies and methodologies
• Ensuring that systems meet requirements for operational safety, availability, and maintainability
• Preparing documentation for maintenance plans, spare parts strategies, and technical support
• Collaborating across different technical areas in complex development projects

Depending on experience, the role may also involve a more leadership responsibility within ILS work in projects.

We are looking for someone with

• An engineering degree or equivalent technical background
• Several years of experience working within ILS, product support, operational safety, or technical logistics
• Experience working with complex technical systems
• Strong ability to collaborate and coordinate work between different technical areas
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English

Advantageous experience:

• RAMS work (operational safety, reliability, and maintainability)
• Logistic Support Analysis (LSA)
• Lifecycle Cost Analyses (LCC)
• Maintenance or supportability analyses
• Experience from the defense, aviation, or other safety-critical industries
