About the Role

As a Process Operator at ASM, you will become part of the production team, manufacturing and packaging the company's products. You will receive a thorough introduction and gradually take responsibility for your own process flow. The work is varied but also involves repetitive and sometimes monotonous tasks. Therefore, this position is ideal for someone who is resilient, appreciates routines, and focuses on quality at every step.

This is a consultancy assignment, meaning you will be employed by Academic Work and work on behalf of ASM Foods. The work is performed in two- or three-shift rotations, and weekend work may occasionally occur.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control, and be responsible for an assigned process flow.
• Produce and package products according to established routines and quality requirements.
• Perform checks and ensure that production follows the company's standards.
• Work according to high safety routines and contribute to a safe working environment.

We are looking for someone who

• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has a high level of safety awareness and thrives with freedom under responsibility.
• Is quality-conscious, detail-oriented, and engaged.
• Is resilient and comfortable with work that is partly repetitive.
• Enjoys working in a structured and goal-oriented manner.

Experience from production, preferably in the food industry, and forklift experience are considered meritorious.
