As a Junior IT Support Specialist, you will become part of a tight-knit team of approximately 6 people spread across Sweden, where camaraderie is high and the atmosphere is characterized by both professionalism and humor. You will be based at the company's brand-new office in central Stockholm. The role is operational and "hands-on," where you will be the face of the IT department as you move between offices to solve problems on-site.

Responsibilities
As a support technician, you will support approximately 1,000 internal users. Your responsibilities include:
- Support via the Freshservice ticketing system, phone, and on-site visits.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software in a pure Microsoft environment.
- Management of accounts, permissions, and network issues.
- Installation and configuration of computers and peripheral equipment.
- Technical documentation.
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Being the one who "runs between offices" in Stockholm to provide personal service when technology fails.
We are looking for you who
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in IT support.
- Have a genuine interest in IT and technology – you are likely the person friends call when their computers act up.
- Are structured and detail-oriented (you understand the importance of following up and closing tickets).
- Speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience with macOS environments.
