About the role

In Storvik, northwest of Sandviken, there is a key production and service facility within ABB's global network. Here, motor and generator services are performed, where the facility offers advanced service, maintenance, and repairs of electric motors, generators, frequency converters, and drive systems for customers in the industry and energy sectors.

In your role as an inside sales representative, you will become part of their sales team, collaborating with outside sales representatives, bid managers, and service personnel. You will have primary responsibility for ABB's C/D customers by maintaining customer relationships and expanding the business.

Responsibilities

In your role as an inside sales representative at ABB, you will proactively work on managing and developing relationships with a dedicated customer base. Furthermore, you will identify business opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical advice.

In the role, you will work with tasks such as:

• Being the main contact for ABB's C/D customers via email, phone, and digital meetings.
• Identifying and driving upselling of ABB's products and services.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Preparing quotations and ensuring order follow-up.
• Collaborating closely with outside sales representatives for customer reviews.
• Handling daily customer communication and documentation in business systems.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a technical interest.
• Has good communication skills and enjoys building relationships with customers.
• Is computer literate and has good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and has basic knowledge of English, as the tasks require it.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience working with technical products or solutions.
• Previous experience in service and customer contact where you have built relationships with customers.
