For a client assignment with a municipally owned company in Gothenburg, we are currently looking for a Customer and Business Manager for the marketing department. The assignment is expected to start in June and will last approximately 1 year. Apply now!
About the role and responsibilitiesThe company manages parking spaces, builds and owns parking garages, and operates and coordinates parking with the aim of promoting sustainable travel.
In this role, you will support Customer and Business Managers within the unit with various tasks such as contact with corporate customers or business partners regarding planning and ordering during area changes through internal orders, as well as contact with counterparts and contractors, invoicing documentation, and follow-up. You will also investigate various issues and work in a project format on different topics.
You will also be responsible for a number of your own business partners with the task of developing, maintaining, and optimizing the business – while ensuring that the parking customer gets a smooth and positive experience.
The role is both operational, analytical, and strategic, and you will work closely with colleagues from several functions within the company as well as collaborate with contact persons at the business partner. You will become a cohesive link ensuring that we reach our goals together and create a holistic experience for both customers and business partners.
You will become part of a team of seven people within the Marketing unit, who together are responsible for the ongoing business. Here we work closely together, support and inspire each other, bounce ideas around, solve problems, and develop our ways of working together. Your responsibilities
Work to ensure that parking and related services create a good experience for the customer and a sustainable business result for your business partners.
Build, develop, and maintain relationships with the business partner through active networking to create trust and gain a genuine, deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
Be the contact person for operational issues such as changes, launch of new areas, or development of existing areas at the business partner.
Analyze data such as occupancy, results, and product mix, and compile reports that you, the team, and business partners use for decision-making.
Ensure that agreements are followed, initiate actions and improvements within the agreement framework, and propose further changes when necessary.
Coordinate and create internal prerequisites for different functions within the company to meet the business partner's needs and expectations.
We believe you have 3–5 years of experience from a similar role and a university degree in economics or business, or equivalent education.
You have both strategic and operational skills and are confident in:

Working analytically, identifying patterns, and preventing problems.
Following up on business development and driving improvements.
Listening to others' perspectives and conducting dialogues with openness and respect.

What we offerA consulting assignment via Jurek Talents with a planned start date of June 15th and running until 2027-05-31 on a full-time basis (100%). Some possibility for remote work.
