We are now looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager for a client in the defense sector in Linköping. Your Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for driving projects from start to finish – from preliminary studies and requirement setting to implementation, delivery, and closure. The projects vary in scope and complexity, and you will handle several parallel initiatives.

Examples of project areas:

• Platform projects (Windows/Linux and some legacy)
• Virtualization and storage
• Migrations and upgrades
• Client platforms
• Application projects (installations, upgrades, migrations)
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Tasks:

• Lead projects through the entire lifecycle
• Ensure delivery according to time, budget, and quality
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Work with resource planning and risk management
• Communicate with stakeholders at different levels
• Coordinate dependencies between projects and operations
• Report to steering groups and management forums
• Ensure a structured handover to operations

Your Profile

• 8–15 years of experience in IT project management
• Extensive experience with IT infrastructure projects
• Experienced in driving multiple parallel projects
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Certification in project methodology (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar)
• Experience with ITIL

You are also proficient with relevant tools, such as: MS Project, Office suite, Visio, Antura, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint.
