Do you want to take a leading and business-driven role in the sales of coffee and restaurant equipment targeting the HoReCa sector?
Jasteko AB is now looking for a Responsible Sales Manager for the business area Coffee & Restaurant Equipment covering West Sweden.
This is a role for you who have a great interest and extensive experience in sales towards restaurants and hotels, are used to working independently, and want clear business responsibility.

We offer total solutions within hygiene chemicals, consumables, coffee, machines, restaurant and large kitchen equipment, as well as service and accessories.

The Role
As Responsible Sales Manager, you are responsible for developing and driving sales within coffee and restaurant equipment targeting HoReCa in West Sweden. We have a wide range from leading brands within restaurant equipment; join us in creating concepts and a total solution for the customer. Within coffee, we primarily work with our own brands.
Your main tasks:
- Develop and manage existing customer relationships within restaurants, hotels, and cafés
- Actively process new customers and business opportunities
- Have overall business and customer responsibility in the region
- Work structured towards clear goals and budget
- Drive the entire sales process – from needs analysis and quote to closing and follow-up
- Support and collaborate with your colleagues regarding shared customers
- Be involved in installation, start-up, and development of new customers
- Work closely with suppliers and internal functions to create competitive total solutions
- Act as an important ambassador for Jasteko and our offering
Who are you?
We are looking for you who:
- Have many years of experience in successful B2B sales towards restaurants and hotels
- Preferably have had leading or responsible roles within sales
- Have documented good sales results
- Are business-driven, structured, and used to working towards clear goals
- Have high social competence and build long-term customer relationships with ease
- Have good technical understanding and a solution-oriented working method
- Are resident in West Sweden, with Gothenburg and surrounding areas as a starting point
- Fluently speak and write Swedish and English and have good computer skills
- Hold a valid driver’s license (Category B)
Advantageous is experience in sales within:
- Coffee and coffee machines
- Restaurant and large kitchen equipment
- Machines and technical solutions targeting HoReCa
