About the role

We are looking for you who want to work part-time with logistics administration and logistics planning with us this summer. The role may involve varying tasks related to the terminal's logistics. Examples of tasks include transport administration, investigating deviations, preparing load lists, and planning loading operations.

You will work on an as-needed basis, but we would prefer that you work full-time during the holiday period. Working hours vary and are distributed on weekdays, day/evening shifts between 06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00. The workplace is located at DFDS Logistics Contracts in Arendal.

About you

• You are currently studying logistics or have other relevant education.
• You enjoy administrative tasks and are computer literate.
• You are detail-oriented and solution-focused.
• You have the ability to plan and follow up on work in a structured manner.
• You are comfortable maintaining close dialogue with both customers and colleagues.
• You are proactive, decisive, and ensure that activities are executed and completed.
• You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

To be considered for the role, you must be studying or have another primary occupation. It is preferred that you have at least one year remaining of your studies.

We would prefer that you can work at least two days a week and full-time during the summer.

Mobile Consultant:

You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work at our customers' sites. Being a mobile consultant means you are employed by DFDS Professionals to perform work in client companies, where your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and appointments may be made before the final application deadline.
