The Starka Betongelement Group is one of the leading companies on the market for precast concrete products. The parent company is Starka AB, and the group includes two companies located in four locations: Lund, Kristianstad, Ängelholm, and Arboga.

Starka is an independent, privately owned company in its third generation, manufacturing and selling precast concrete products. We have specialized competence and modern resources for the development and production of concrete elements, retaining walls, and ground reinforcement.

Service and Maintenance Technician

We are now looking for a Service and Maintenance Technician who will primarily work to ensure reliable production for the company's concrete plant, but tasks may also be performed in other departments within the factory. The work is varied and includes both emergency interventions and planned maintenance, giving you a broad and developmental role in our organization.

Responsibilities

• Repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production equipment
• Preventive maintenance and work in maintenance systems
• Installation, adjustment, and upgrading of machinery and equipment
• Collaboration with production staff to ensure operation, quality, and efficient production
• Documentation of completed work and reporting in maintenance systems
• Compliance with safety and quality regulations

Qualifications

• Experience as a mechanic or service technician
• Good knowledge of mechanics, preferably from automotive or industrial environments
• Knowledge of electricity, welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Good computer skills
• Good proficiency in Swedish

Experience working in maintenance systems, such as Idus, is a strong advantage.
