The Role We are looking for you who want to work with advanced manual welding in both carbon steel and stainless steel. As a welder at AnVa KSG, you work on building complete products from drawings to finished components; often pipe and sheet metal details with high technical complexity. The tasks are varied, and you will use methods such as MIG/MAG and/or TIG, depending on the project and material. With us, it is not about monotonous line work – here you get to work in a craft-based and technical manner, with great responsibility for quality and the final result.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who have professional pride, technical understanding, and an eye for detail. You are meticulous, self-reliant, and have the ability to take responsibility for ensuring every weld is correct – from the first spark to the finished product. You have several years of welding experience and are accustomed to reading and working from drawings. You thrive in a workshop environment with a high focus on quality, enjoy collaborating, and are curious to develop within different methods and materials. You have or have had a welding license according to ISO 9606 or similar.

The Company The company AnVa KSG in Trollhättan is an established specialist in contract manufacturing of pipe and sheet metal components, focusing on welding, machining, and sheet metal forming for demanding industries such as gas turbines, offshore, and radar systems. The company was founded in 1983 and currently has 30 employees. AnVa KSG is part of AnVa Industries – a Swedish industrial group with over 440 employees.

Requirements

• Several years of experience with MIG/MAG and/or TIG

• Swedish in speech and writing

• Experience in assessing welds according to ISO 5817 or similar

Merits

• Experience from the manufacturing industry

• Upper secondary vocational education in workshop technology or equivalent knowledge

• Forklift and overhead crane certificates

• Category B driver's license
