About the role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of Bravida for a Project Manager within Plumbing & HVAC (VS) in Södertälje. In this role, you will work as one of three project managers with overall responsibility, primarily for industrial projects. You will drive the work from planning and costing through to delivery and follow-up. You play a central role in the projects and will have the opportunity to influence the business, develop customer relationships, and lead the team forward.

As a project manager, you will have significant personal responsibility while benefiting from strong support functions and high internal expertise. The role offers opportunities for both technical and organizational development, allowing you to grow alongside the projects and the business. You will enjoy a varied daily routine with complex projects where you have the space to influence working methods and contribute to Bravida's continued development.

This is a direct recruitment, meaning the recruitment process goes through us at Wrknest, but you will be employed directly by the client.

Your future responsibilities

As a project manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on plumbing & HVAC projects from start to finish, with a focus on quality, safety, and budget. Your duties include, among other things:

• Leading and being responsible for the project's economy, schedule, and quality
• Driving and developing long-term customer relationships
• Handling costing, purchasing, and resource planning
• Working with Bravida's digital project management tools
• Coaching and motivating your team to deliver optimal results
• Ensuring that quality and occupational health and safety requirements are met

We are looking for someone who has

• Several years of experience as a project manager in the construction or installation industry
• Experience in plumbing & HVAC (VS)
• Experience in driving projects with responsibility for project economics, purchasing, and resource planning
• A valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent Swedish and good proficiency in English, both spoken and written

The following is considered a merit

• Experience with welding
