Do you want to work in a complex and socially important operation in Gävle, where your analyses actually make a difference? We are now looking for a Business Analyst within ERP for our customer in the defense industry.

In this role, you will be a key player in translating business needs into effective and sustainable system solutions – with a particular focus on Manufacturing and ERP. About the assignment

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with the business operations to ensure that the business systems meet both today's and tomorrow's needs. You are responsible for analyzing requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to solutions that are both cost-effective and manageable in the long term.

It is not just about understanding requirements – but also about challenging them.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and requirements related to ERP systems.
• Ensure effective and sustainable system solutions.
• Work closely with the business, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Identify improvements and drive change initiatives.
• Contribute to projects, potentially as a sub-project manager.

Your profile

• University degree in Systems Science or Civil Engineering – or equivalent experience.
• Experience in business development related to business systems.
• Competence in Manufacturing and ERP solutions.
• Experience working in complex organizations.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
