Stanley Black & Decker is now looking for a Marketing Activation Manager for their office in Mölndal, a key role for you who wants to help develop and activate the brand in the market.
About the role
This is a full-time consultancy position starting immediately, initially running until May 2027. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for Stanley Black & Decker.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will coordinate national campaigns in close collaboration with the sales organization and the company's key customers, focusing on translating strategies into business-driving activities. You will work on creating and coordinating marketing materials, ensuring they are distributed on time and according to brand guidelines. The role also involves supplier contacts, request for quotes, and production coordination.
You will support social media and digital campaign efforts through translations and content adaptation in close collaboration with the Social Media Manager and Brand Manager. For Nordic campaigns planned by the Brand Manager, you will contribute with translations and coordination, while you are responsible for activating campaigns on the Swedish market. You will also be involved in planning and executing events and activities, collaborating closely with sales teams, customers, and external partners. The role includes cooperation with internal functions and agencies, as well as follow-up on implemented initiatives. This is a dynamic role with great variety, suited for someone who thrives in a changing environment with many contact points.

Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Post-secondary education in marketing or equivalent work experience
- Previous work experience as a marketing coordinator or within a marketing department
- Very good knowledge of the Office suite, digital platforms, and newsletter tools is required; experience with Adobe and InDesign is a plus
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
