Many patients struggle to navigate the complex public system or turn to large healthcare providers where they risk becoming an anonymous number in the crowd. We have chosen to do things differently by putting the patient at the center and offering psychiatric care with five-star service. Our strategy is built on patient experience, quality, and efficiency, using modern technology and innovative working methods to continuously improve and develop our operations.

Our dedicated team is the core of our business and consists primarily of psychologists, doctors, and nurses. Nova was founded in 2024 and currently has over 50 employees – and we are growing fast. We are now looking for PTP psychologists for our office in Malmö who want to join us on an exciting growth journey together with other psychologists. We hope to offer you Sweden's best and most enjoyable PTP position.

Primary responsibilities:

• Individual-focused work (at least 50%):

  • Conduct neuropsychiatric assessments for both adults and children, with a primary focus on ADHD and/or autism.
  • Follow-up treatment and counseling for the same patient group.

• Other psychological work (at least 25%):

  • Contribute to method and operational development, where there are many ways to contribute to a better process and operation.
  • Conduct internal and external initiatives by holding training sessions.
  • Conduct group interventions.
  • Develop new treatment programs and concepts.

Some travel is included in the position. Parts of the patient work can be done digitally, but are primarily performed physically together with the patient.

• You are social and genuinely enjoy being around people. You quickly create a sense of safety in the room, are clear in your communication, and make patients feel seen and understood. We want Sweden's happiest patients, which requires psychologists who are not only clinically skilled but also personal, warm, and professionally relaxed.
• You have inner drive and want to perform with both quality and speed. Structure and efficiency are natural parts of your working style, and you appreciate an environment where freedom is linked with responsibility. When you work focused and smart, it shows in what you deliver and in how your daily life looks.
• You are technically confident. You handle digital systems effortlessly and see technology as a natural part of a modern working method.
• Experience with neuropsychiatric assessments is advantageous, but it is your attitude, ambition, and ability to create satisfied patients that ultimately decide.
• It is a plus if you have previous experience working in service industries such as restaurants, retail, or similar.
