About the Role
As a Waiter/Waitress at Fågelbro Säteri, you will become part of our dedicated team and work closely with the Restaurant Manager. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring our guests receive an extraordinary experience, where every interaction is marked by high-level service and personal attention. You serve food and drinks, take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure that the dining room, bar, and event areas are prepared and welcoming. By actively selling menus, drinks, and add-ons, you contribute to enhancing the overall experience. The role also involves close collaboration with the kitchen, bar, and event teams to create smooth workflows, handling cash registers and payments according to our procedures, and ensuring that hygiene and safety regulations are followed. With us, you become an important part of a team that always strives to deliver quality and joy to our guests.

The position is a fixed-term employment from June to August with 80% full-time equivalent.

Your Profile
We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in serving within restaurants, hotels, or event operations, and who are passionate about giving guests the best possible experience! You have good knowledge of service and customer care, work efficiently even at a high pace, and are fluent in both Swedish and English. Experience from premium or fine dining environments, knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails, or experience from bar and barista work are meritorious. Similarly, if you have education within hotel and restaurant management or sommelier training, or experience from hotel and resort environments. We are looking for you who are a team player, take responsibility, and are happy to share your knowledge and energy to contribute to a positive work environment and a top-class guest experience.
