You will work in a global and technology-intensive industrial environment where innovation, quality, and customer focus are central. In this role, you act as a technical cohesive force within the project team, ensuring that product knowledge, technical requirements, and customer needs are met throughout the entire project lifecycle. The focus is on distribution transformers and component development related to cost, quality, and competitiveness. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, R&D, Sales, and Operations, while supporting the Commercial Project Manager and end customers with technical inquiries.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving projects from start to finish within R&D and product development
  • Ensuring product alignment with technical requirements and customer needs
  • Maintaining and developing core product knowledge within the project group
  • Serving as a technical sounding board for internal teams and customers
  • Conducting root-cause analyses and producing technical reports
  • Supporting documentation, deliveries, and warranty repairs
  • Driving continuous improvements and ensuring quality, best practices, and process compliance
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure progress in complex project environments

The technical focus of the role also includes:

  • Distribution transformers
  • Design to Value and value-based product development
  • Benchmarking of competitor products

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in project management, product management, or quality-related roles in an industrial environment
  • Experience driving development or product-related projects
  • Experience from startup phases, such as establishing a factory or production line
  • Proficiency in working according to Gate models and waterfall methodology
  • Good system understanding, including SAP
  • Strong technical understanding and interest in complex products within power/energy
  • Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, IT, Materials Science, or similar (Master’s degree is an advantage)

You are forward-looking and improvement-driven, able to maintain a helicopter view in complex contexts while enjoying being hands-on and making things happen. You are curious, structured, and trustworthy in collaborations.
