We are looking for a female personal assistant for a calm and pleasant man over 65 years old who lives with his small family and dogs in a house, 1.5 miles north of Hässleholm. The client is wheelchair-bound and has disabilities resulting from a stroke, meaning he needs help with most aspects of his daily life. The role includes, among other things, assistance with mobility, communication, household chores, hygiene, and exercise. The man has aphasia and lacks verbal communication, so you will need to support him in contacts with his surroundings to ensure he is understood.

The ideal candidate is flexible and positive, with a desire to help the man live as rich a life as possible. One of his major interests is motor vehicles. Experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries and aphasia is advantageous but not mandatory. You must not have pet allergies or fear of dogs. The household dogs are friendly, but care for them is not included in the assistance duties.

We are currently seeking hourly employees who can work during sickness or leave.

A driver's license and access to a car are required to travel to the client's home.
