About the role

Blomsterboda is looking for summer staff for our sales team in Alvesta!

We are looking for you who want to work part-time/extra during the spring and who will go full-time during weeks 26–32.

As a salesperson with us, you start your day at our branch in Alvesta where you pick and prepare the assortment for today's deliveries. After that, you are responsible for a number of stores where you ensure that the flower department is sales-oriented, well-stocked, and in top condition.

The stores you are responsible for vary over time, making the role both flexible and varied. You work independently but sometimes also together with colleagues.

Typical tasks

• Pick and prepare products for today's deliveries

• Print signs and price tags

• Order goods

• Drive to stores according to the planned route

• Ensure the department is sales-oriented by watering, cleaning, and displaying goods

• Contribute to good customer relations through daily contact with the store

We are looking for someone who

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes responsibility for your work

• Is flexible and likes days to look different

• Has an eye for color, shape, and sales

• Is social and enjoys customer contact

• Is solution-oriented, structured, and self-reliant

• Enjoys early mornings and varied working days

• Advantageous: experience from the grocery retail sector

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

• Category B driver's license (required)

• Administrative skills
