On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for an Order and Customer Support employee for an established company just outside Helsingborg.

Here you are offered a varied role with many contact points, where you will become an important part of the daily flow between customers, internal functions, and deliveries.

The position is a consulting assignment with immediate need, currently assessed to run through the end of the year. At the same time, there is some flexibility based on the company's needs and the right candidate's availability.

This is a role for you who thrives with service, structure, and high tempo, and who likes to have a central function in the business.

About the Role

As an employee in order and customer support, you are responsible for receiving, registering, and following up on customer orders, as well as ensuring that customers and internal departments receive quick and correct feedback. The role combines customer contact, administration, and coordination in a dynamic environment.

You will work closely with sales, logistics, production, and other internal functions.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

  • Receiving and handling incoming customer orders via email, phone, and digital channels
  • Registering orders in business systems and ensuring correct information
  • Confirming delivery times and following up on order status
  • Informing customers of any changes or delays
  • Answering questions regarding deliveries, prices, freight, and other customer matters
  • Supporting the sales department with quotes and customer-related questions
  • Handling complaints in collaboration with internal functions
  • Administrative follow-up and ongoing system management
  • Contributing to improvements in routines and working methods
Who Are You?

We are looking for you who have experience in customer service, order handling, or similar administrative roles and who thrive in a role where service and structure go hand in hand.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

  • Experience in order administration, customer support, or similar work
  • Good familiarity with working in business systems and administrative processes
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work systematically and prioritize in a high-tempo environment

It is an advantage if you have experience from industry, logistics, or working with technical products.
