We are looking for an engaged employee for our meat department in our store. In this role, you will work with butchering, packaging, and sales to customers over the counter. You are also responsible for keeping the store clean and organized, as well as managing inventory and restocking.
The work involves daily customer contact, so it is important that you are service-oriented and enjoy interacting with people.
Responsibilities include:
- Butchering and handling meat
- Packaging and labeling products
- Sales and customer service
- Maintaining order and cleaning in the store
- Inventory management and restocking
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a butcher shop, grocery store, or similar environment
- Experience with butchering/slaughtering
- Service-oriented and responsible
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
