The Assistance Company is the market leader in roadside assistance insurance with over 300,000 customers in Sweden and its own nationwide recovery organization. As we grow, we are now looking for Inside Sales Representatives to join our customer service team. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will sell insurance policies and services to our existing customers and assist with invoice inquiries, insurance questions, and similar matters. All sales are conducted via phone, focusing on incoming calls. Your primary goal is to deliver the best possible customer experience in every interaction.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone with high social competence, who builds trust-based relationships easily, enjoys working independently, and is results-oriented, goal-driven, and competitive. Previous experience in service and sales is a plus.

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Have a genuine interest and experience in sales, advisory services, and customer satisfaction via phone.
  • Be a flexible team player and an ambitious problem solver.
  • Be computer literate and comfortable using the phone as your primary tool.
  • Enjoy customer contact and be able to easily adapt your approach to different customer needs. You lead conversations with a clear focus and maintain a high level of customer focus.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements to apply:

  • Good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

  • You communicate clearly, engagingly, and in a trustworthy manner, with the interest, willingness, and ability to help our customers achieve the best possible experience.

Hourly employment, approximately 50–75 %.

Top floor of the Prisman building, a stone's throw from Helsingborg Central Station.
