Are you a senior project manager who thrives at the intersection of property development, business acumen, and operational execution? Mercedes-Benz is now looking for a consultant for the PMO role to ramp up the rollout of their global retail concept.

About the role

As PMO for MAR20x in Sweden and Denmark, you will step directly into the heart of Mercedes-Benz's brand strategy. This is not a role where you sit and wait for instructions. This is the role for you if you want to take the driver's seat and personally take responsibility for parts of Mercedes-Benz's groundbreaking retail concept, which, together with the team, goes from drawing board to reality.

You will become the bridge between global strategy and local execution. You will calculate investments, steer procurement processes, and coach partners through complex construction projects – all with the goal of achieving an "industrialization effect" with world-class delivery in every detail.

As a Senior Project Manager (PMO), you are driving the realization of the global retail concept in Sweden and Denmark. The role is operational and requires the ability to work closely with both the business and suppliers.

Responsibilities

The role involves leading and coordinating complex rollout projects for a global store concept, with responsibility for construction processes, project management, supplier collaborations, and ensuring the highest quality in property adaptations within the framework of the concept implementation.

• Drive the rollout of the global store concept in Sweden and Denmark
• Process responsibility for project management and implementation of new concepts
• Steer and follow up on projects with weekly meetings and clear internal/external structure
• Optimize purchasing channels and identify risk savings with suppliers
• Develop and implement overarching project plans
• Drive construction projects and make operational decisions within the project's framework
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers

Furthermore, we see that you have:

• Advanced knowledge in Project Management
• Good knowledge in Stakeholder Management
• Fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good understanding of property projects and retail
• Documented experience in driving complex projects
• Strong ownership and business acumen

It is meritorious if you have

• Good knowledge in Procurement
• Experience with similar projects in property companies
• Experience in preparing board presentations
• Good ability to communicate effortlessly in Danish, both spoken and written
• Construction experience
