I am a 41-year-old woman who loves music, animals, and activities with a bit of adrenaline. I am currently looking for a female assistant to join my team. You should have prior experience in assistance, care, and nursing work, and you must be a non-smoker. Key personal qualities include being responsible, calm, empathetic, adaptable, and meticulous.

Strong collaboration skills, attentiveness, and initiative are essential. It is an advantage if you have an interest in or knowledge of alternative communication via iPad, as this is used in our daily routine. It is crucial that you can clearly separate work and private life.

Working Hours and Structure

The working hours vary, including shifts during both day and evening times, as well as 1–2 weekend shifts per month. Initially, the position will be hourly based during an introduction period of approximately 2–3 weeks. This period is designed for us to get to know each other and ensure we are a good match.

If we find that we match well, you will be offered work throughout the summer (June–August) at approximately 80% hours, along with hourly work in case of sick leave. There are good prospects for a permanent schedule of 80–85% starting in the autumn.

A police certificate (extract from the criminal record) is required for this position.
