We are looking for a driven and engaged Service Manager – we are expanding our team!

At our venue, the experience is at the forefront – whether it involves a lively evening in the sports bar, à la carte service, or other areas of our restaurant and bar operations. The sports bar is a key part of our offering, where guests gather to watch matches, socialize, and enjoy good food and drinks in an energetic atmosphere. At the same time, you will also work in other parts of the business as needed.

As a Service Manager with us, you will work in a varied and dynamic environment where no two days are alike. You will help lead daily operations and ensure that service, pace, and quality remain at a high level – regardless of where in the business you are located.

In this role, you will work closely with your colleagues, and together you will create a well-functioning service where the guest is always the focus. You are a present leader who supports the team in their daily work, contributes to structure in operations, and helps build a strong team spirit. The role involves working both in the sports bar and in our other restaurant and service areas.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has approximately 4–5 years of experience from the restaurant or bar industry
• Speaks fluent Swedish and has good knowledge of English
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle intense periods
• Has experience leading service staff
• Is a team player with a good overview
• Has a genuine interest in service and people (interest in sports is a plus)

Merits:

• Previous work as a head waiter or supervisor
• Education within hospitality/restaurant
• Experience with booking systems and operational planning
• Interest in food and drink

• Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period according to the HRF-Visita collective agreement
