We are currently looking for a Senior Optimizely System Developer for a project with one of our key clients.

This role involves a senior system developer (competence level 4) responsible for the development and maintenance of the client's in-house developed systems. The primary focus is on the development and maintenance of websites, such as a government agency's website, though the scope may expand to include other systems over time.

The client has overall responsibility for the state's budget and accounting systems. The budget is created and monitored within the systems we develop and maintain. We work in a Microsoft environment using an agile approach, with a clear focus on high-quality system deliveries and satisfied clients.

You will work within one of our agile development teams. The team consists of approximately 30 people in total, distributed across three teams, including system developers, team leads, testers, and requirements analysts. Close collaboration with the client is required, meaning you must have experience and competence in software architecture within an agile requirements and development process.

You should have extensive experience in solution architecture and be able to structure and design IT solutions based on business needs and the prerequisites of existing IT services within the organization. Additionally, you are expected to have the pedagogical skill to convey your competence to others.

Understanding of public sector operations is central to meeting the client's requirements for system support.

• Competence Level 4 (9–12 years of experience)
• At least 9 years of experience in advanced system development (within the last 12 years)
• At least 9 years of experience with web applications in a Microsoft environment
• At least 9 years of experience with agile working methods
• At least 6 years of experience with Optimizely CMS (formerly Episerver)
• At least 2 years of experience designing IT solutions in close dialogue with clients
• At least 2 years of experience from the public sector
• Good knowledge of interface development and WCAG 2.2
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• CV in Word format (in Swedish)
