What does the role of Shift Leader entail?

As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for the restaurant's operations during your shift. You lead the daily service work and ensure a high level of service. You drive sales and guest satisfaction, as well as introduce and motivate new employees. You also ensure that the company's standards and routines are followed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Service
• Delegating tasks during shifts
• Training and motivating staff
• Ensuring routines are followed

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with prior experience in the restaurant industry. You should be service-oriented, solution-focused, and able to maintain a holistic view in a fast-paced work environment. You are stress-resistant, proactive, and enjoy taking responsibility.
