Our client, a leading Nordic player in digital services, is looking for engaged Part-Time Service Desk Agents. Here you have the opportunity to combine an interest in technology with a strong service focus and develop within IT support in a learning environment.
About the role
As a part-time Service Desk Agent, you will be the customer's first point of contact and responsible for delivering fast, professional, and clear IT support via phone. You will handle a varied flow of cases ranging from simple user questions to more complex troubleshooting and problem-solving. The role offers a learning environment with good onboarding as well as support from experienced colleagues and mentors. The client's need is primarily Monday to Friday, with a focus on mornings (08:00–12:00). There is an opportunity to work all weekdays, with a minimum requirement of two half-days (8 hours) per week.

Responsibilities
The role involves being the customer's first point of contact, where you handle incoming cases and provide support via phone. You will work with troubleshooting, user management, and case handling, as well as contribute to solving technical problems to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Receive and handle incoming calls from customers
- Provide clear and solution-focused support
- Troubleshoot simple technical issues
- Manage user accounts
- Escalate cases to other support levels
- Actively contribute to problem-solving
- Follow up on customer cases
We are looking for you who
- Have another main occupation of at least 50% (studies or another part-time job, for example)
- Can work at least 2 half-days (8 h) per week, mornings 08:00–12:00
- Are curious about IT and willing to develop technical competence
- Communicate fluently in Swedish
It is meritorious if you have
- Previous experience from customer service, support/IT-support, or a similar role where the phone has been an important tool
