Svensk Fastighetsförmedling is now looking for an engaged and forward-looking person for the role of Networking Recruiter in Gothenburg and surrounding areas. The position is a fixed-term contract for 12 months. If you thrive in a role with many contact points, a fast-paced environment, and long-term relationship building, this is the role for you. If you also have previous experience in proactive recruitment, you will quickly be able to get up to speed in the role.

As part of our Recruitment Team, you will contribute to Svensk Fastighetsförmedling continuing to be first into the future, maintaining high quality, and continuing to set high standards for which real estate agents are handpicked to become part of our chain.

About the Role

As a Networking Recruiter, your primary task will be to create and maintain good relationships with Real Estate Agents in the industry within your geographical area. You will match agents with local offices where they have the greatest opportunity to reach their full potential and ensure that relationships are established and that the recruitment processes are carried out efficiently with the candidate in focus.

Your responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with registered real estate agents
  • Regularly visit local offices within your area of responsibility
  • Develop "best practice" and the candidate journey for candidates in your area
  • Keep up to date with the local offices in your area and the industry at large
  • Create a very good knowledge of Svensk Fastighetsförmedling's offering

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Gothenburg and surrounding areas.

About You

In this role, we are looking for you who gain energy from networking and meeting people. You are a natural networker with a good ability to engage and inspire. If you have previous experience in the industry, you will quickly be able to get up to speed in the role, while being part of a team where everyone helps each other to reach our common goals.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

  • Experience in successfully managing customer or candidate relationships
  • Experience in successfully working in a performance-oriented role with clear goals
  • Good experience working with the telephone as a work tool
  • Ability to articulate yourself skillfully in speech and writing
  • Unhindered language skills in Swedish
  • Experience with the Office package

.. and we see it as meritorious if you have:

  • Previous experience working in (or in close collaboration with) the real estate industry
  • Experience in recruitment
  • Networking roles (headhunting, relationship sales, etc.)
  • Driver's license and access to a car
