We are looking for a meticulous and structured administrator who wants to contribute to a well-functioning and efficient operation. In this role, you will have a central function where you support the organization with administrative tasks and ensure that daily work flows smoothly.

Responsibilities
Your tasks as an administrator will focus on service and customer interaction. You will, among other things, book appointments for customers via phone and perform various other administrative duties. A strong emphasis is placed on service quality and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handling ongoing administration and documentation
• Registering and updating information in various systems
• Coordinating internal processes
• High volume of contact via email and phone

You have a strong sense for service and an attitude that always looks for solutions. We believe you are someone who enjoys working with people, finds it easy to connect with new people, and thrives in a flexible work environment. You are structured, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills. You collaborate and communicate effectively and enjoy a role with varied administrative tasks and a dynamic pace.
