We are now looking for assistants for one of our female clients. The client is of younger middle age and lives with her husband in Trelleborg.

As an assistant, you work independently together with the client in a well-functioning group with a big heart, humor, and a high ceiling where laughter is always near. It is important that you, as an assistant, understand and are comfortable with the fact that it is the client and her family who are your employers.

We are looking for you who are flexible, responsive, have your heart in the right place, are humble, and have patience for the tasks and challenges you face. It is important that you, as an assistant, are calm and confident in yourself, that you have the ability to wait and listen, and that you always ask what the client wants.

The client enjoys traveling and takes a few trips per year. It is highly desirable that you, as an assistant, feel comfortable traveling with the client on these trips.

You, as an assistant, must have a very good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, due to the client's dyslexia.

The shifts are 24-hour shifts from 22:00 to 22:00. Service level: 60 - 90%. Flexible schedule due to the client's needs but with a fixed service level.

The client has a rare chronic lung disease, which results in significantly reduced lung function. The client also has severe asthma and scent sensitivity. The client also lacks cilia, which should protect particles from entering the lungs. This means the client has a high susceptibility to infections. The client's condition means she needs help taking medication several times a day.

All of this means that very high demands are placed on you as an assistant regarding your personal living and life situation. You as an assistant, including your entire household/home, must be 100% pet, tobacco, and smoke-free!

This means that you as an assistant and your family members cannot be pet owners, snus users, or smokers, and cannot have pets visiting. You as an assistant and your family members may have pet owners at home as long as they do not bring the animal with them. You as an assistant must not have been in contact with animals 48 hours before you start work. This contact applies to both direct and indirect contact.

The client also has scent sensitivity to various fragrances, which means that you as an assistant must not have perfume, makeup, or other personal items with strong scents or other allergenic elements on you at work or on you 24 hours before you start work.

The client sits in a wheelchair and needs help with everything in her daily life, i.e., the client needs help with all ADL moments (activities in daily life). All transfers are done manually due to the client's chronic lung disease. The client has self-care so it is the client herself who decides when, where, and how she needs help with her medication.

The client also has anxiety issues, which means that you as an assistant must be involved in creating a calm and secure environment together with the client and her family.

The client has a complex medical condition and a large need for help 24 hours a day, but the client can talk and think like anyone else, and the client controls her own life, and all help occurs together with good cooperation between the client and her assistants.
