About the role

On the Technical Information Systems (TIS) department, a team of 15 engaged and driven employees currently works on developing information products, system solutions, and working methods. The department is responsible for processes and technical solutions used widely within the organization. The customer sees a growing need for customized software development related to transformation and information management. Therefore, we are now looking for a person who can take a holistic approach – drive, coordinate, and further develop both solutions and working methods.

This is a role where strategy, technology, and leadership meet.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the development work through sprint planning and backlog management.
• Be the link between business and development – from requirements to solution.
• Design and further develop solutions for information management (PDF, XML, HTML, etc.).
• Create a roadmap for future features and delivery formats.
• Optimize processes, test strategies, and maintenance models.
• Ensure quality, structure, and efficient deliveries in the team.

Your profile

Your background

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Post-secondary education in IT, systems science, or similar.
• Experience in full-stack development (preferably with a focus on frontend), e.g., React, Java, .NET, APIs, JavaScript, SCSS, XML/XSLT.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English (spoken and written).

Meritorious

• Experience with information management in PLM, CCMS.
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence and Jira.
