The Recruitment Group is looking for a person with a strong interest in computers and gaming to join the customer support team for our client in Upplands Väsby. We are looking for you who have experience from IT, technical support, have a great interest in gaming, and thrive in customer contact as well as handling RMA cases. The role involves working with gaming accessories, and communication is primarily in Swedish and English.
Responsibilities:
As a team member, you will become part of a team of six people and be responsible for the entire RMA process. Your tasks include, among other things:
- Contact with customers via phone, email, and case management systems.
- Receive, assess, and handle RMA cases, as well as document and follow up on complaints.
- Troubleshooting and technical support for gaming accessories and peripheral equipment.
- Collaboration with internal departments and suppliers to drive cases to completion.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes and customer communication.
Qualifications:
- Experience in IT and technical support.
- Interest in technology, preferably knowledge about computers and gaming.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experienced in customer contact and working with case management systems.
- Ability to work independently and take own responsibility in decision-making.
Personal qualities:
We are looking for you who have a strong interest in gaming and computers but are also service-oriented, structured, and solution-focused. You thrive in a team environment but can also work independently and drive cases forward. Meticulous documentation and a proactive work approach are important qualities in the role.
Merits:
- Experience in support within gaming products.
- Familiarity with RMA processes and supplier contacts.
- Basic network or hardware knowledge.
Working hours and other:
- Working hours: 08:00–17:00 with the possibility of flexible hours.
- Primary languages at the workplace: Swedish and English.
- The client company has a collective agreement and offers a wellness allowance.
