About the role
Sweden is Tele2's largest market, and they have a long history of innovation. With Tele2's strong brand portfolio and leading fixed and mobile networks, their Swedish consumer business is positioned to deliver sustainable growth in the next phase of convergence between fixed and mobile.
We are now looking for 2 motivated students who want to be part of Tele2's growth journey. As service personnel within the NOC (Network Operations Center), you will monitor and support Tele2's network. The support team is responsible for monitoring the mobile and fixed network 24/7, 365 days a year. The NOC is the hub of the network and is also responsible for coordinating troubleshooting and spreading information both internally and externally. Your task will be to work together with Tele2's support groups to ensure that customers have a stable and functioning network.

Responsibilities
- Handle incidents by analyzing incoming alarms from various monitoring systems.
- Analysis work aimed at preventing potential service-disrupting problems and finding suitable solutions.
- Escalate to internal and/or external parties when an incident cannot be resolved using the NOC's available systems and troubleshooting processes.
- Inform Tele2's customers and other stakeholders about the current network status.
- Support field technicians during ongoing troubleshooting and planned work in the network.
- Contribute to improved work processes and routines to further increase customer satisfaction.
We are looking for you who
- You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing – as both languages are used in daily work.
- You are studying until the turn of the year 2027/2028 or longer.
- You are studying a technical education.
- You have worked in some type of service previously.
- You have good computer skills and a strong interest in technology.
- You are flexible and open to working varying shifts, including day, evening, night, and weekends.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience from a similar role.
- Studied a networking education and have CCNA, Cisco, or similar certificates.
To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:
- Service-oriented.
- Self-sufficient.
- Collaborative.
- Structured.
Other
Shift requirements: Available for 1 shift Monday–Friday and 1 shift during the weekend. This does not mean that you will always be booked for all shifts, but the requirement is that you can be available for two shifts on these days.
