Rindek is now looking for a Project Manager within HVAC who wants to take clear responsibility for projects – and at the same time help shape a company that is still small enough to care about the details.

What does the role involve?

At Rindek, the Project Manager role is exactly what it sounds like: you lead the project for real. You will take overall responsibility for the technology, customer relations, and the business.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading HVAC projects from early stages to final delivery
• Being the natural contact for the customer and building long-term relationships
• Responsible for quality, time, and economy in your projects
• Coordinating colleagues and possibly sub-consultants
• Contributing technical expertise in design, review, and system selection
• Working on several projects in parallel, at a pace that requires both structure and judgment

This is a role for you who likes variety, dialogue, and responsibility – and who wants to put your mark on how projects are actually carried out.

Who are you?

We believe you are an experienced HVAC consultant who wants to use your full competence, not just your CAD skills.

To thrive in the role, we see that you:

• Have at least 10 years of experience as an HVAC consultant
• Work with project responsibility, project management, or a leading role in a company
• Are confident in customer dialogue and used to creating trust and long-term relationships
• Have high technical competence within HVAC
• Want to establish and develop a smaller company
• Fluently speak Swedish and have good English skills

We would like your educational background to be in the form of a relevant degree from either university college, higher education, or university.

Programs such as AutoCAD/MagiCAD, Revit, or IDA ICE are meritorious, but most important is your industry experience, your holistic perspective, and drive.
