Do you want a quality role where you are not just sitting behind a screen, but right in the middle of production where the action is? Here you will find an operational and varied role where you work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and customers, with quality in focus throughout the entire chain.

As a Quality Engineer, you will become a key person in ensuring and developing the quality of both products and processes. You work broadly – from receiving inspections and handling complaints to improvement work and dialogue with suppliers across Europe.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

This is a role for you who wants to be out in the operations and not just analyze problems, but also help solve them.

You work close to production and support operators with quality issues, from quick check-ins to more complex problem-solving. Operators often turn to you when something is not right, and together you find the way forward.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Responsible for receiving inspections of incoming materials
• Handle customer and supplier complaints, including 8D work and root cause analysis
• Drive and participate in improvement work internally and externally
• Follow up on quality results, deviations, and scrap
• Prepare data for quality reports (e.g., PPM)
• Participate in audits as well as quality and production meetings
• Conduct training and support production in quality-related matters

The role also involves contact with both customers and suppliers, where English is a natural working language. Travel within Europe occurs, approximately once per quarter.

WHO ARE YOU?

We believe you have an engineering degree, or have built equivalent competence through experience in the manufacturing industry.

You have previous experience working with quality and feel confident in complaint handling, deviation work, and methods such as 8D. You are also system savvy and work comfortably in Excel and other business systems.

You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently, and have a valid driver's license (Category B).
