The organization is scaling its AI operations and needs to strengthen its Information Security and GRC capabilities. The focus is on managing risks related to AI, SaaS, and integrations – both operationally and strategically.

• Conduct risk assessments related to AI initiatives

• Communicate risks and consequences to management in a business-oriented manner

• Contribute to building secure AI solutions and relevant guardrails

• Support the development of risk intake processes

• Improve and structure the organization's overall risk management

• Completed and documented risk analyses within AI/SaaS

• Clear decision-making support for management

• Established or improved risk intake processes

• Concrete recommendations for secure AI usage

• Experience in risk management and IT security

• Technical breadth in AI, SaaS, and integrations

• At least 1–2 years of current experience with AI/SaaS-related risks

• Ability to translate technical risks into business impact

• Fluent English in both speech and writing

• Experience working closely with the executive team

• Previous work in organizations with rapid AI adoption

• Experience establishing GRC processes

• Business-driven and communicative

• Structured and solution-oriented

• Self-sufficient with high delivery capability
