About the Role Throughout the year, we are bringing our financial function in-house from an external agency. This means we are now building our own way of working. You will take overall responsibility for the company's financial function, but equally important is your ability to map, question, and improve how we work within and between our systems.

You will work closely with the CEO and serve as a natural sounding board for matters regarding profitability, efficiency, and budgeting. A large part of the role involves building processes and routines from scratch, or improving existing ones—with a focus on smarter and more efficient ways of working.

Examples of tasks:

• Streamline, automate, and develop processes, routines, and system flows

• Accounting, reconciliations, and reporting

• Handling of taxes, VAT, as well as customer and supplier ledgers

• Independent annual closing work and contact with auditors

• Support for and participation in the budgeting process

• Payroll disbursements and reporting of payroll statistics

• Monthly profit and loss reporting and presentations to the CEO and Board

• Ongoing support to colleagues on financial matters

About You You have an economic background, but it is your system understanding and your desire to streamline operations that truly set you apart. You do not thrive on merely maintaining the status quo; you want to understand why things are the way they are and how they can be improved. You are curious about systems, accustomed to quickly getting up to speed with new tools, and always see opportunities for smarter flows and connections. You are self-reliant, take ownership, and enjoy being the person who holds the whole picture together, both the numbers and the structures behind them.

We see that you have:

• Relevant higher education in economics

• Several years of experience in accounting and annual closing

• Genuine interest in and habit of working in systems

• Experience in building or automating processes and routines

• Experience from the travel agency industry or work with travel accounts is a plus

• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
