About the role

Tutus products are used by the military and authorities, which places high demands on reliability, security, and precision in everything delivered. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for taking AI from idea to a working solution in production, working closely with Data Scientists and MLOps Engineers.

Tutus Data is building a new AI department and is looking for you who wants to become a key person in the team. You will have an important role where you will drive the work forward, ensure successful dialogue with the customer, and become a key part of leading the product from concept to delivery. Responsibilities

• Select, evaluate, and fine-tune models for specific customer applications as needed.
• Design and implement LLM-driven applications and agentic workflows.
• Build and refine RAG pipelines against internal knowledge sources and structured data.
• Responsible for prompt design, evaluation, and quality assurance of model output.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems via well-designed APIs.
• Ensure that solutions meet requirements for security, privacy, and traceability.

We are looking for you who

• Have a relevant technical education.
• Have experience in Python development.
• Experience with model evaluation, fine-tuning, or prompt optimization.
• Have experience building systems or products with LLMs.
• Have experience with API development and working with containerized environments.
• Have knowledge of security and privacy perspectives in AI systems.
• Are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience with RAG architecture and/or agentic systems, as well as vector databases.
• Experience with frontend development (TypeScript, React, or similar).
• Experience in a classified or regulated environment.
• Experience with other AI applications such as speech-to-text or computer vision.
• Can speak and write fluent Swedish.
