We are looking for a CAD Drafter who wants to take a key role in the company's continued growth and contribute to fast, high-quality drawing deliveries for both private and public customers.

About the role

You will collaborate closely with both sales representatives and customers, and you will be part of a Nordic team with colleagues from Norway and Finland. You will have a central role in project deliveries and will work closely with the sales team. Together, you form a dynamic team: sales, drafter, and customer, with technical support available when needed. Projects often require short lead times and changes happen at a fast pace, making you a crucial part of our customer experience. At Metos, Revit is the primary CAD tool.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will have broad responsibilities, working both creatively and technically to:

• Create CAD drawings for kitchen solutions for restaurants, commercial kitchens, hotels, and other commercial environments
• Perform changes, updates, and packaging of drawing materials
• Support the sales organization with technical documentation and solution proposals
• Work according to standardized symbol and drawing processes in Nordic collaboration
• Maintain close dialogue with both customers and sales to ensure quality and quick decision-making

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in technology, drawing, and problem-solving, and who want to grow into an important role with significant responsibility.

We are looking for you who have:

• Vocational education (YH) in CAD or equivalent
• Background from commercial kitchens, construction, installation, or other technical drawing environments
• Experience working in Revit is highly meritorious
• Understanding and knowledge of BIM is meritorious
• Experience from restaurant kitchens or kitchen flows is meritorious

You are driven, meticulous, confident, stress-resistant, and dare to speak up when a solution does not seem feasible. You thrive in a role with a fast pace, varied assignments, and close collaboration with sales, customers, and colleagues. You appreciate taking responsibility, working proactively, and developing in line with the business.
