ValueOne is looking for a Quality Technician for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry in Örnsköldsvik. The position arises due to a vacancy, and the competence is needed on an ongoing basis within the organization. The assignment starts during the spring, and you will be employed by ValueOne with placement at the client's site.

ValueOne are specialists in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics. We offer our clients services within three business areas: rental of procurement and logistics consultants, recruitment of buyers and logisticians, and Management Consulting where ValueOne develops our clients' procurement, logistics, and supply chain regarding strategy, model, method, process, organization, and competence.

About the role

As a Quality Technician, you play a central role in ensuring stability and quality in the assembly process. In the event of disruptions in the assembly, you are responsible for investigating deviations. The role also involves contact with suppliers regarding claims and verification of the quality of incoming materials and components.

• Review, assess, and register cases involving suspected deviations.
• Gather facts, analyze data, and investigate root causes.
• Assess the scope, severity, and priority of deviations.
• Decide on necessary corrective actions.
• Convene and lead quality meetings in collaboration with other functions.
• Conduct inspections of incoming materials and components to ensure they meet established quality requirements.

Experience and Competence

To succeed in the role, we look for you to have experience in quality work within the manufacturing industry and a good understanding of technical documentation. You must be fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. It is an advantage if you have post-secondary education in quality technology or production technology.

As a person, you are structured and analytical, with the ability to drive improvement work in close collaboration with your colleagues. You are communicative, team-oriented, and thrive when working towards clearly defined goals.
