The Role We Are Looking ForYou will primarily work at our customer's site on a longer-term assignment. The work involves support, change management, and incident coordination in our customer's IT environment, where you will become part of a team of support technicians. Shorter assignments at other locations may arise during the project.

Basic craftsmanship and electrical knowledge, be handy, and enjoy installing and assembling according to instructions and standards
Basic IT knowledge in networks and operating systems, as well as experience troubleshooting in IT environments
Experience working in administrative systems
Experience handling customer contacts at various levels within organizations
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
Experience with display and camera technology, audio and video transmission, and cabling capacity, etc.
Basic knowledge of AV programming
Experience configuring devices as well as troubleshooting and functional testing of AV equipment
Experience working in case management systems, such as ServiceNow
Certification and experience working within the ITIL framework
Receiving, planning, and executing maintenance tasks for conference rooms, as well as working with proactive maintenance
Assisting with moves, disassembly, and assembly of equipment before and after renovations in office environments. All assembly is done according to the customer's current standards and practices regarding assembly and installations
Monitoring the incident queue, coordinating, and resolving incoming incidents and orders
Configuring devices prior to delivery – Teams Room computers, Booking panels, etc.
Being involved in the daily planning of assignments and working towards more efficient delivery
Representing the customer's IT organization in daily contact with users
