Are you our next star in personal assistance?

We are currently looking for a secure, warm, and engaged female personal assistant for a 48-year-old woman with autism and epilepsy – a role where you truly make a difference every day.

💛 About the assignment

You will be an important support in her daily life, contributing to structure, calm, and security. She lives in her own apartment and needs help planning, carrying out, and following her daily routines.

The week includes, among other things:

• Horse riding on Mondays 🐎 (you will accompany as support)

• Daytime activities Tuesday–Friday

• Activities both inside and outside the home

You will always work together with another assistant (double assistance), making collaboration and communication extra important.

As a personal assistant, you are more than just support – you are a secure point in her life. You help create a stable and predictable daily routine while contributing joy, motivation, and development.

👤 Who we are looking for

We place great importance on personal chemistry and are looking for someone who is:

• Attentive, patient, and responsible

• Secure in yourself and able to take initiative

• Pedagogical in your way of supporting

• Social and flexible

You must be:

• Non-smoker

• Not allergic to horses or dogs

• Able to swim

• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Preferably between 35–55 years old

Experience in personal assistance is an asset, but your personality and engagement weigh the most.
