Job Description

Assignment Description:
The consultant will develop, further develop, and maintain systems related to travel and identity documents. The consultant translates business requirements into efficient and quality-assured program code and has good knowledge of modern programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.

In this role, the consultant takes active responsibility for driving technical issues forward and contributing to technical decisions. The role covers the entire system lifecycle – from development to maintenance, troubleshooting, and bug fixing. The consultant will also work with various technologies such as service-based solutions, container solutions, databases, certificate solutions, equipment, sensors for fingerprint capture, etc.

Qualification Requirements (Must-haves):

• The consultant must be a Swedish citizen and possess good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing.
• The consultant must have at least 8 years of documented experience as a system developer, with experience gained within the last 10 years.
• The consultant must have at least 5 years of practical experience working in an agile environment.
• The consultant must have at least 5 years of practical experience working with Java, SQL databases, and CI/CD.
• The consultant must have at least 4 years of practical experience working with Angular.
• The consultant must have at least 4 years of practical experience working with Kotlin.

Preferred Competencies (Nice-to-haves):

• The consultant should have experience in certificate management.
• The consultant should have experience in integrating equipment/sensors and communication over web services/websockets.
